I can't think of a better way to describe this time right now other than heartfelt: deeply and strongly felt. This has been a challenging month, particularly due to the sudden and unexpected passing of my grandmother. I spent V-Day this year at her funeral. And while this was the opposite of what I pictured for my Valentine's Day, it was perfect. It was a true celebration of her life and a true expression of love to see and be with so much family. It felt surreal to be surrounded by so much sadness and love all at once, but thankfully love won out.
