My mind has been all over the place lately. It's gotten so bad that I can't focus on anything because I'm too busy thinking about what comes next.

Recently I started meditating, which essentially consists of sitting as still as possible and thinking about nothing, absolutely nothing. Sounds simple enough, but I found it excruciating at first. But now that I'm used to it, it's been helping me keep my mind focused on just one train of thought. I never would have imagined that I'd be that girl who meditates. Now, all I'm missing is a chai tea and yoga pants.
