the garden maze at luray caverns

This past week, we've been staying with my in-laws in the mountains of Virginia. They were kind enough to take us in when we evacuated for Hurricane Florence so we got some unexpected time visit to spend time with family that we don't get to see nearly enough.

While we were in town, we stopped in and visited their business---The Garden Maze. This place is my father-in-law's pride that he designed and manages all the gardens for. How pretty is this sea of lush green? We had a private tour learning all about the Mandevilla, the Vinca, the English Ivy, the Bougainvillea. Husband basically grew up here. In fact, a childhood photo of him running through the maze is still on the business brochure. So it's meaningful to spend  time in a place that has so much sentimental value. Love this pretty place.
